During designing it was called 'Work Cross' basing on  cross shape, then was modified to silence the 'C' and spelt as 'Work Ross'. In the end agreed should be 'Work-Rose'. Though the three definitely sound similar, it is the amazing results that really matter in the end. 'Gwazayi' means 'finish what you started' was the apt middle name of founder's father.
